I work towards wrapping and posting each order within 1-3 working days. Most orders are sent via royal mail with upgrade options available.

 

Local (Edinburgh and Midlothian area) collection or drop off options available also. Please contact me to discuss.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale.

 

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Please note, Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
